How to take the remedy: Try not to touch the remedy with your fingers as they are highly sensitive. Tip it into the mouth and allow it to dissolve under the tongue. Avoid all food and drink except for water for 10 minutes before and after taking each dose.
After taking your remedy Some patients experience a period of exceptional well being and optimism. Sometimes your symptoms can appear to get worse for a short time. This is a good sign that the remedy is taking effect. Sometimes a cold, rash or some form of discharge may appear as a ‘spring cleaning’effect which means your system is going through a clearing out stage. Similarly, old symptoms can reappear, usually for a short period. As a person heals with homeopathy, they often pass through 3 processes, called Hering’s Laws:
1, As a person heals, their symptoms move from the internal organs of the body (the most vital for the person’s health) to the external organs and tissues (less vital). From inside to out.
2, Symptoms move from above to below (head to toe). This is especially true of superficial symptoms related to skin, muscles and joints.
3, Old symptoms appear in reverse order.
These symptoms will pass, and must not be treated as they are a very important part of the healing process.
